He was the first optometrist to be certified as a LASIK surgical
assistant in Texas. That allowed him the opportunity to actively
participate in all aspects of patient care through our patient's
entire Laser vision experience.
He takes an active role in maintaining and constantly enhancing
patient care before, during, and after their Laser procedure.
This allows International EyeCare’s world leadership
to continue the excellent care our patients continually receive.
Dr. Binder was recruited by International EyeCare Laser Center.
He arrived here after a successful career as a solo practitioner
in Southwest Houston and Sugarland communities since 1989.
Dr. Binder's professional experience in the refractive
industry helps to round out our team.
In his spare time, he is a volunteer at the George
Observatory, sharing the night with his family and the
public.
